Please Read Our Company Exchange/Refund Policy:
100% REFUND IF THE ERROR WAS OURS
100% REFUND: We refund 100% of the charges for course fees paid for any course not applicable toward fulfilling the Florida license education requirements of the course participant, when we were contacted for instructions and we directed the participant to complete a course that was the wrong course for what their education requirements are.

EXCHANGE ONLY: Course fees paid by persons who chose the wrong course without consulting us first, will be applied toward the completion of the correct course after the correct course is completed through our company if done within 15 calendar days. We welcome phone calls and emails from persons that need to know the correct course they should take.

LIMITED REFUND: We ask that you please contact us if you are not certain about your license status, or what course you need to complete for your license needs. We are happy to help you make the right choice and avoid costly errors in course selection. We also ask when you complete and pay for a course that you click the submit button on the payment from only once unless the payment didn't process successfully when you click the submit button. You will know that the payment didn't process because you will get an error message asking you to correct the information that you entered and you will not reach the "Create Course Certificate" web page. If you reach the "Create Course Certificate" web page please do not use your web browser back button to view what you entered on the web form and then click the submit button again. If you submit a successful payment, but you think you did not enter the correct information on the payment form and you want to return to the web form using the web browser back button to check what you entered you can, but you cannot click the web form submit button again. To do so will cause additional charges to your credit or debit card. If you do use your web browser back button to review what you entered on the payment from and when doing so you find incomplete or incorrect information that you gave us on the web form, do not change the information on the web form in an attempt to correct or give us the right information, and then click the submit button again after you have completed a successful payment. If you find anything on your payment form that you entered incorrectly or didn't enter at all, instead of correcting the payment form and then clicking the submit button on the payment form again, you need to send us an email to the email address posted on our "Contact Us"information web page notifying us of the error you found on your payment from and be sure to give your name when you email us with the corrected information so we know who you are, and the correct information so we can add it to the correct record.

FLORIDA COSMETOLOGY EDUCATORS ONLINE provides continuing education, we, like almost all companies whether a store you walk into or those that you make purchases from on the Internet, do not process the credit or debit card transactions made by customers to pay for their purchase. Card transactions on our web site are processed by a top rated card processing company, FIRST DATA, the transaction takes place on FIRST DATA'S secure web site which is encrypted with 128 bit encryption so each transaction is secure and safe.

Card transaction processing companies such as FIRST DATA charge for every transaction processed including course fee payments, and course fee refunds. Payment processing is conducted by FIRST DATA and not by us; in as much we never obtain your card information and cannot make charges to your card. It is important for us that you know we do not make charges to your card because we never obtain your card information to make a charge to your account. Charges to a cardholder account can only occur from one thing, by the person entering the information in the payment form and then clicking the payment form submit button. In the same way we cannot charge your card because we do not obtain your card information we also cannot make multiple charges to your account. Multiple charges occur when the person making the payment completes the payment form, clicks the submit button, and the payment processes successfully, after which the person paying uses the browser back button to return to the payment form and then clicks the form submit button another time. Persons that find duplicate payments posted to their card account were also those that used the web browser back button after a successful payment processed and then clicked the web form submit button again. This issue is not unique to our web site; it is a standard occurrence among web payment forms, and using the web browser back button and click the submit button after a successful payment was already submitted results in duplicate payments on all general payment forms. Therefore is should always be avoided. Our company policy is to return overpayments in the amount that we can without incurring the cost of the transaction processing fees charged by the credit card processing company. Because we do not cause the fees incurred as we cannot charge the card account because we do not ever see the card number, expiration date, or card verification number (cvm) all of which are required to implement a charge, therefore it is an impossibility for us to initiate a charge to a cardholder account. FLCEO does not pick up the charges for the card processing company for actions not caused by us. Our company policy for returned duplicate payments do not include any fees that are charged by the card processing company. If you have entered information incorrectly and do not realize that the information gave was wrong or missing email that information to us at the email address posted on our "Contact Us" information web page.
Thank you.
