IMPORTANT NOTE: HELP US SEND EVERYONES REPORT AS FAST AS WE CAN! The information in the next few paragraphs is very important. We are giving you this information to make sure that you know what to expect so that you do not need to contact us to ask about it because you will already know. Saving you time and saving us time too, there by minimizing reporting times during this busy renewal season. We understand that we have all become use to skimming over information on the web however this information is about your professional license and skimming over it can cause problems and sometimes additional costs. If you could please read this information we will be able to send your electronic report faster and more efficiently. If we could have your cooperation on this We will be able to keep our course cost at this great low price into the future. Thank you, from the provider.

ANOTHER IMPORTANT NOTE: Electronic course reporting times for this course vary depending on business volume. Reporting times are shorter in the early morning and later in the evening. Your electronic course report will be sent to the Florida DBPR within 24 hours from the time that you pass the course exam and make a successful online payment. Please refrain from calling to ask when we will send your electronic report. It slows down reporting times. Electronic course reports received by the Florida DBPR do not process like a debit card payment. The Florida DBPR Electronic Course Reporting System takes between 24 to 72 hours to process an electronic report and for that data to then post to the records database where it can then be viewed on the portal. When attempting to view your continuing education credits on the Florida DBPR License Portal make sure you are looking in the correct place. If you have already paid your fees, or if you pay your fees right after you complete our course you need to know that the credits for this course will not appear in the main continuing education status page. If you pay your fees as soon as the electronic course report processes through the system your license renews and the credits for this course will be considered to be earned in a previous renewal period. You will need to use the drop down menu on the continuing education page to find the course credits in a past renewal period. If this sounds confusing it is because the portal is confusing on how they post the course credits once your license renewal fees are paid. If you choose to view your course credits from the portal give the credits at least 48 hour to appear and then check in the past renewal period before you call us or email us to ask why you can't see your credits.

This does not mean you should not contact us if you have an issue that isn't answered by the information we are giving you here. If you have checked in the correct place on the portal, and you have completed a license search on your license number on the Florida DBPR website under search for licensee and you have paid ALL of your license renewal fees to the Florida DBPR and 3 days have passed then you need to contact us. If you cannot get through on the phone lines due to high call volume, then you need to send us an email to explaining the issue and you should include your name, your license number and the date that you completed the course and we will look into it for you immediately.
